How to Use:

Apply directly to lips, starting in the middle and working the color outwards. Layer on top of a Lip Chic or Brilliant Gloss for a wash of sheer pearlescence. Wear over a Lip Veil for a shimmering glow. Pair with a Lip Definer for a more precise look.
