For a moderately priced shaver (have you looked at shaver prices lately?) it's a great buy. The only thing we can find that we might change is that the little cloth pouch that the shaver comes in is a bit too small to hold all the parts

This razor works well for my husband but I also use it on my legs. He lives the close shave that he gets when he uses it. I would our have it again.
I would rate it 5*, the only issue is the ability to modify it could use some better details/explanation in its manual. After I found out though, it worked perfectly. Cheap, efficient, and does exactly what it says it does very well!
