How To Use

Using the Matte Chic wand, apply Matte Chic directly to the top lip line, then fill in the rest. Repeat on the bottom lip then lightly press, do not rub, lips together.
Tips:
Trace top and bottom lip with a Lip Definer that corresponds to your Matte Chic shade of choice.
